This site is built to be simple and so is our approach to your data. Below is a plain-English account of every piece of information this site requests from you, the purpose it's used for, and what it is not used for.
Contact form
What we requestYour name, email address, project type, budget range, timeline and message.
WhyOnly to reply to your enquiry. It is stored so we can follow up on our conversation, and nothing else is done with it you won't be added to any mailing list.
Account sign-in
What we requestYour email address and name.
WhyTo create and secure your account, and to recognise you when you return. Accounts exist so clients can access their private photo galleries.
Client galleries
What we requestThe email address used to link you to a gallery, your favourite photos, and your downloads.
WhyTo deliver your photos to you. Favourites and access links are stored so your gallery remembers what you've selected between visits.
Site analytics
What we requestAnonymous usage data page views, visit duration, and general location.
WhyTo understand how the site is used and improve it. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally or to advertise.
Spam protection
What we requestA temporary security token created when you submit the contact form.
WhyTo prevent automated abuse of the form. The token contains no personal information and expires within minutes.
Social content
What we requestOur own public Instagram posts, displayed on the home page.
WhyTo show recent work. Viewing this site doesn't connect to, or read anything from, your own social accounts.
Our commitments
Your data works for you — nothing else.
- We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own use.
- We don't use your details for marketing no newsletters you didn't ask for, no retargeting ads.
- Client gallery photos stay private and are only visible with a valid access code.
- Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous we can't see who you are from it.
