Last updated September 2026. These terms apply to working with Clear Creative and to use of this website. Where your signed project agreement says something different, that agreement wins.

01Services

Clear Creative provides creative services including website design and development, photography, video production, and brand work, as agreed in writing for each individual project.

02Quotes & payment

Each project begins with a written quote. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before work starts and the balance is due on delivery. Payment terms and schedules will be set out in your project agreement.

03Revisions

Every project includes a defined number of revision rounds, stated in your quote. Additional revisions or scope changes may be quoted separately before any extra work is performed.

04Project timelines

Timelines are estimates and depend on timely feedback and materials from you. Delays in providing content, approvals, or payments may shift delivery dates accordingly.

05Ownership & rights

On final payment, you own the final deliverables created for your project. Clear Creative retains the rights to its pre-existing tools and processes, and may display completed work in its portfolio unless you ask otherwise in writing.

06Your content

You confirm you have the rights to any text, images, logos, or other materials you provide. We treat everything you share as confidential and use it only to deliver your project.

07Client galleries

Private photo galleries are shared through a personal access link and code. Please keep these credentials private anyone holding them can view the gallery. Access may expire on the date shown on the gallery.

08Cancellations

Either party may cancel a project in writing. Work completed and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date remain payable; deposits cover scheduled time and are non-refundable once work has begun.

09Liability

Clear Creative's liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the project in question. We're not liable for indirect losses, or for outcomes outside our reasonable control.

10Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always published on this page. The terms agreed in your individual project agreement take precedence where they differ.
